PRIORITY & OPEN REGISTRATION

Through Thursday, December 17 . . .
Priority Registration: Families enrolled during the Fall 2009 session have first priority when registering for the same day/time in Winter 2010, and second priority if switching classes. In other words, your spot is saved for you through 12/17/09, at which time registrations that involve switching classes will be processed in the order they were received.

Beginning Friday, December 18 . . .
Open Registration: Both new and alumni families may register for any class on a first-come, first-served basis.


PLEASE NOTE!!!

Classes begin promptly at their designated start-time. Drums (and sometimes other instruments/props) are available before class begins; and we invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time, so you have a chance to play and get acclimated. For example . . . 9:45 classes begin at 9:45 and end at 10:30, and families are welcome to arrive any time after 9:30 to get settled. We hope this arrangement provides relaxed transitions before and after class for you and your family.

TUITION
Tuition for new families is $160 for the first child, and $110 for each additional sibling; infants 8 months and younger attend free with a registered sibling (however please make sure infants also are included on your registration form!). Discounted tuition for returning families is $150 for the first child, and $100 for each additional sibling.

TUITION INCLUDES . . .
Ten weekly 45-minute classes; two professionally recorded CD's of the music used in class (one for home, one for the car!); a beautifully illustrated songbook with activities to enjoy at home; and an introductory DVD and guide (for new families), entitled "Music Together® at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically".

REFUND POLICY
No tuition refunds are given once class begins, although credit toward future sessions may be issued in exceptional circumstances; a fee of $10 is charged for withdrawal with less than 7 days' notice.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Up to two per session are provided on a space-available basis. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships are available to enable families to attend regardless of financial circumstances.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may choose to . . .
1) "Pay Now": submit the registration information below and follow the prompts to pay online with a credit card, or
2) "Pay Later": submit the registration information below and then send a check by mail. Payment must be received within 5 days of electronic registration in order to hold your spot (please let us know if your plans have changed so that we can give your spot to another family). Checks should be made payable to Karen Crane, and mailed to: 2132 Everglades Place, Davis, CA 95616; please include your child(ren)'s name(s) and the class for which you are registering on the memo line. Thank you!

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT
If you pay online with a credit card, your class choice will be confirmed automatically by email. We will contact you only if your first-choice class is unavailable; so if you haven't heard from us, we will see you in class!
